Momma had a helper to juice some lemons yesterday when I made up a batch of fresh lemonade. He was quite the pro and certainly has the "twist"-to-juice-motion down pat. Oh! and he literally ate some of the lemon rind and continued to eat it... so he apparently loved it! My boy is so precious to me and I could seriously freshly squeeze him every day; I just can't get enough of him sometimes! He's always got to be where Momma's at, whether that's in the kitchen or in the bathroom while I'm getting ready. He wants to take it all in, and I'm determined to be a Mom who let's their child get involved. Even if that means dinner takes ten minutes longer, because I believe it could be in those ten short minutes when the teachable moments happen. Loved making lemonade with my sweetie pie! I hope he and his sister and I have many more moments in the kitchen together!
